In this second sequel to the 1983 classic (which was filmed back to back with Part 2), the transsexual killer Angela (Pamela Springsteen) returns to "Camp New Horizons" in which rich kids interact with "underprivileged" kids. The kids get offed in some pretty cool ways (the best being firecrackers in the nose) but there's really little in the way of blood and gore. It's about on par with it's predecessor, but some pretty bad dialogue ("Party all night! Teenage waseland!"), gratuitous nudity and goofy effects may tip the balance. Starring Melanie's sister Tracy Griffith and Michael J. (Tango and Cash) Pollard. Griffith later joined director Michael A. Simpson for the comedy Fast Food.
